The brand new 3723 Children's Capes pattern provides endless options for both boys and girls. Fashion Little Red Riding Hood, Superman, witches, Dracula and more using only one pattern. The cape is fully-lined and includes an assortment of different hoods, collars, ties and unlimited fabric possibilities.
